Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
At Ágora, we want purchase conditions to be clear and transparent before any registration is made. This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes the conditions applicable to the purchase of courses, programs, specializations, activities, events, and digital content offered through the Website.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer and user protection regulations, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract or from the date of purchase, without the need for justification, provided that none of the exceptions established by current legislation apply.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email at hola@agoraschoolofexperimentation.com, clearly stating your intention to withdraw from the purchase.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply, among others, in the following cases established by current regulations:
-
When dealing with services that have been fully performed, provided that performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and with their knowledge that, once the service has been fully completed, they will lose their right of withdrawal.
-
When dealing with activities, events, workshops, meetings, or services related to educational, cultural, or leisure activities that have a specific date or period of execution.
-
When dealing with digital content that is not provided on a physical medium and whose execution has begun with the consumer’s prior consent, with their knowledge that this may imply the loss of the right of withdrawal, and provided that the corresponding confirmation has been provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
Refunds for Online Courses, Specializations and Programs
Our online courses, specializations, and programs offer access to digital content, educational materials, meetings, support, and educational resources. For this reason, once access to the content has started or the service has begun, refunds will be calculated proportionally according to the service already used, enjoyed, or made available, as well as the expenses generated by the purchase, always within the limits permitted by applicable legislation.
The refundable amount will be calculated taking into account:
The percentage of the course, program, specialization, or content that has already been used, enjoyed, or made available to the enrolled person.
The meetings, tutorials, follow-up sessions, resources, materials, or services already carried out or made accessible.
Applicable taxes, including those that have already been settled or cannot be recovered according to applicable tax legislation.
Bank fees, payment reception costs, refund processing costs, transaction costs, and payment platform commissions associated with the purchase, provided that these amounts cannot be recovered.
Therefore, when a partial refund applies, the final amount to be refunded will be the price paid minus the proportional part of the service already used, enjoyed, or made available, the corresponding taxes, and any non-recoverable banking or transaction costs.
This policy shall apply without prejudice to the legal rights that may correspond to consumers according to current regulations in Spain and the European Union.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website, the purchase of products or services, or participation in courses, programs, events, or activities, except in those cases where the law provides otherwise.
