Book of the exhibition that presents the emergence of a generation of photographers who claimed recognition for 'creative' or author photography as an autonomous art form within the institutional and artistic system of the 1970s and early 1980s. The exhibition spans from the opening of Spectrum, the first gallery specialized in photography in Spain, which opened in Barcelona in 1973, to the celebration of the Primavera Fotográfica in 1982.
